Also included in this latest document disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for boat shelters.
